How are you still open? You guys have the worst customer service in all of Chelsea Market. I bought to 2 cookies and a drink then I asked for a cup of hot water and was charged 1 dollar for it . Are you serious? If the only thing I got was the cup of hot water I understand the fee. I did not say anything because the Latina lady at the register is always super rude and makes you feel uncomfortable. Excellent!! Good coffee and pastries!! Service needs a little bit more hospitality in the friendly way. Is too robotic.
Fantastic scones and jam, disinterested staff, and rude AF cashier. Too bad, because they have good products.
Nice and cozy place. I stopped by the other day, it was very cold out so was looking for a hot coffee to feel warm and relax but what I got was a less warm coffee. Hopefully, it was a irregular case and will get a hot one next time. Their cookies were tasty.
Amazing Lemon Ricotta pancakes!!! We ate at the bakery in the market. Great atmosphere!!!
