Calked this shop because it was clause to the delivery area. Ordered a custom flower arrangement with the chocolates and the card. Flower arrangement didn’t look like it had been just put together more like it was on display for a few days. It was wilted and dying 24 hours later very disappointing .

I have been using SaraBella's services for years now sending flowers to my (now) wife; every single time they've been wonderful. Most recently we worked with her for our wedding bouquet and boutonniere and she outdid herself. From the planning process (my wife shared some ideas and a color palette with her, then she took it ran with it) all the way through personally delivering them to us at our hotel in downtown SF the night before the ceremony, every aspect of her work was flawless. We could not have been happier.
