Excellent communication Helpful staff Efficient
Dr. Mann was thoughtful, patient, and discussed my issues and his treatment on our first visit. On the day of the procedure he talked to my prior to the procedure asking if I had any changes since my first visit. He explained what he would be doing before I was brought to the OR. Dr. Mann is a caring Doctor in his treatment of patients. He even called me personally at my home, a week after my procedure to see if everything was ok with me. When has a Doctor ever called you personally at your home. That's how much he cares.
Dr Mann is interested and asks pertinent questions and makes the changes to my care to get me improving. He goes out of his way to get my insurance to cover speciality meds. He is an exceptional and caring professional.
We had trouble finding a GI doctor to change out my husband's feeding tube periodically. Dr Mann is very helpful and friendly. He even called personally prior to my husband's appointment to verify instructions and that we were bringing our own supplies.
Overall good. I had a great experience with Dr Mann and the entire team. My procedure was a complete success and my recovery has been excellent.
