I find Dr Van Anrooy to be, in a sense, to be nothing more than a drug pusher! Fifteen minutes in and then you're out the door. Money in ... money out! When you have an issue, it takes days to get a call back. If you need to refill a prescription, it takes an act of God to get it prescribed! Things have actually got worse since I started seeing her. On to the next drug pusher in the neighborhood.

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long How would you compare this psychiatrist to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously

Are you going to visit this psychiatrist again? Without a doubt! Was this psychiatrist's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was it easy to find parking at this psychiatrist's office? Yes, it was convenient Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Was this psychiatrist's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
