DO NOT MOVE HERE. Take this as your warning! This is the worst apartment building, not only is the actual building horrible but the management is a nightmare also. The building is old and the walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors as if they are inside your own apartment. Only move here if you are absolutely okay with noise 24/7 with no help from management. Good luck getting any sleep through it. Pros: I love the neighborhood, a beautiful park, a Safeway and a Trader Jo`s are in the walking distance. Also a 24hour-fitness is very close, sometimes we walk to it. Azure street is beautiful and peaceful and we never had any safety issues regarding our apartment, cars or selves. Cons: We are living in a downstairs apartment, and the upstairs neighbors have easily turned my life to hell.
