I was there on Wednesday about 6:15. There was only one person ahead of me. The lady that worked on me never smiled. Never said a word. Had a dirty look on her face and wasn't very nice when she did speak to me, her tone,..I go home and I see a cut across my chin, almost 2 inches long. Ive never had an issue coming here to get a full face waxed or eyebrow thread but yesterday tina who did my face burned parts of my face with the wax didn’t notice yesterday before paying after a few hrs my face was hurting dont think ill be coming back
They say they close at a certain time and then, when you come before said time they turn you away! Then why have a certain time posted? And weren’t even polite when relaying the message.
