To be honest very disappointed, lack of communication, lack of respect towards patients time and efforts that really need this appointment. This practice of Neurologist has decided they are too busy or don’t want to be bothered with specific cases and hired an APN to do these evaluations and consults on their behalf. Really you think you’re booking an appt for them but in reality you’re not I feel is a form of False advertisement.
