I have been going to Sarah Sweet for several years. She is a fine practitioner. Medicare is supposed to cover a Pap smear every 24 months for women over 65, but her office billed my last Pap smear as a "preventive" exam, which Medicare does not cover. I called Kettering Billing office and they did nothing. I had to pay over $400 to her office and Labcorp. I am more than a little annoyed about this, and I'm not going back. This is not the first time I've had problems with billing at Kettering.
