Dr. Spettel was prompt, very cordial, she answered all of my questions, and explained next steps and treatment options.
Dr Spettel reviewed her notes before meeting with me and was able to answer all of my questions.
She was great!
Dr Spettel spent about 5 minutes in the room with me. She shut me down when I tried to share symptoms my primary care told me to let her know. She told me that was for my primary care to deal with. She ordered a CT scan for which the process was not explained until I called multiple times. I got the CT results and have not heard from the office since. My Primary Care has already followed up with next steps. I will see a different doctor if I need a urologist again.
