I have always had a great experience with Dr. Soto. She truly cares about her patients health. She is the reason I stay at PIH
Dr. Soto delivered my baby and I am so thankful it was her that was the doctor on call. I was so nervous because I had to do a c section. Her professionalism and positivity really calmed my nerves. I felt that I could trust her with the job and I was right. I went to the operating room at 9am and the baby was born at 9:42am. She’s awesome at what she does. Thank you Dr. Soto!
