Rude to my mother
Avoid if possible. Several delays in care to my family member. Would appreciate if timely responses were given for serious health related issues.
Really good office visit with her she was so helpful and gave me the correct information teaching and guidance that I needed plus she has a really good personality, cares about you, and what she does I will definitely continue to see her !
Had hip replacement surgery with Dr MAHURE in July of 2025. It’s 4 months later and I’m walking without a cane. The surgery went well and Dr MAHURE and staff were fantastic. From the beginning of the process to the end I was informed on what was going to happen. After surgery the Doctor called me personally to explain how I did.. I am so grateful to Dr MAHURE for making feel like a new person!!!! Thank you!!!
There's a few dr. Evan Levine cardiologists, so hopefully I'm reviewing the right one, from Westmed/summit health in ridge hill. Dr Levine is fantastic. I've seen him a few times, and every time he has been incredibly understanding and answered all of my questions. He puts his patients at ease in appointments that can be potentially stressful and genuinely cares about everyone that comes to see him. I wish more doctors were like him!

When I visited the facility in Berkeley Heights for my Audio test and ENT appointment, I arrived 10 minutes late. At the reception, I informed the staff of my delay, and the receptionist assured me it was fine. However, she then sent me directly to the ENT without acknowledging my scheduled audio test. When I asked why I wasn't sent for the audio test first, she responded that she wasn’t aware I had one and did not accommodate me for the same day. Later, I received charges for the ENT visit. Summit Medical is a billing machine. They do not work with the insurance provider effectively. They insist the client pay them directly for any part the insurance provider does not cover. Thus, the client cannot pay on the insurance providers portal as is usual. The client must send money to Summit directly. Inconvenient and confusing.
As a new patient, Dr. Hassan was compassionate and a wonderful listener. He did not rush thru my visit and addressed all my concerns. He took time to get to know me and had even reviewed my medical chart in advance so he had background material for our visit. He provided information for me that was very helpful and when I left his office I was very calm and reassured that I was in excellent hands. My thanks to Dr. Hassan and to his compasionate team. I highly recommend this ENT Dr.
