Our realtor, Sara Poss, got us a deal within first couple showings. Deal fell through, then she got a deal on the very next day for an even better offer. Worked with me on staging, painting, new carpet and other upgrades that I did to the home. She was awesome at highlighting the advantage of a new buyer when the first buyer didn’t work out. Made friends with my dog and was willing to dog sit if needed for showings. Easy to work with and listened when discussing price setting and showing the best sides of my home.
