A rude and brusque office manager - and a doctor who isn’t much better - probably isn’t wise for an office serving people with psychological needs.
If you miss any appointments they will charge you $70. No phone call no email to remind you. They don’t let you refill your prescription or schedule a new appointment. Even if you don’t have the prescription.
No happy with this doctor at all. She saw my elderly mother who was anxious and depressed and never followed up with her despite our calls. I would not recommend!
