I have been a patient of Dr Downs for years and was pleased up until this point . I called this morning around 8am because of as of late sudden dizziness and nausea off and on and was told they would speak to the Dr about availability today , at around 2:30pm I had to call back myself only to be told by the staff that I had a bill due since my last visit that I wasn't even aware of and is now in collections and they have a policy once that happens they do not accept patient back into the office . I want to thank Dr. Downs for always giving me the info I need to hear and always able to help me figure out things.I had a heart attack in 2023 at 43 years old and it was tough to deal with mentally and physically! She was always there to listen to my issues and help me figure it out (and tell me what I had to hear and not what I wanted to hear)! I thank her and all of her staff for everything they do!!

I can't recommend Dr. Sara Downs enough. My long time PCP retired and I was so sad about having to find someone new, but all fears are gone now because I think Dr. Downs is even better. I recently called with a health scare and her staff made an appt for me in a few days, when I asked if they could get me in sooner they later called back and said Dr Downs would come in early just to make time for me and she did! Dr Downs was very easy to talk to. Provided solutions and suggestions to my health concerns and problems. Seemed to take an interest in my well-being. She was very patient with me.
