Dr Mateen is extremely caring and professional. I went to her with a complicated leg ulcer that grown out of control. Thanks her care, the extreme pain is gone, my leg looks normal again and I am able to be active again. I am extremely grateful for excellent attention.
Dr. Sara Mateen is caring and very knowledgeable in her field. I would highly recommend her for bunion surgery. I am highly satisfied with the care and outcome.
I would not trade Dr Mateen for any other Dr. She is outstanding I love her!!! I've been a patient of hers since October 4th, 2024. On August 13 of 2024 I displaced and fractured my right ankle in Portugal while visiting my mom. I had an emergency open reduction internal fixation surgery (ORIF). Truly disappointed with an incompetent front of the house staff including the office manager I had made an appointment 2 weeks in advance TIME THAT I LOST !! at the time I gave the representative that made my appointment my insurance information and details as you requested and called several times to reconfirm that they will make the impression to make Orthotics I was told" yes they will do the impressions" when.
