Appointment was confirmed through email 3 different times. Insurance info was given in painful detail. Messages were sent via text message during working hours and considered scam, and honestly reading the messages they seem like a scam. Appointment was booked through ZocDoc but apparently not manually through their system, even though the appointment was confirmed 3 separate times and video link had been shared for over 4 days.
