Sara brought multiple buyers at the target price and in that regard was successful. However, the process was chaotic. Her communications were often unclear and unhelpful. She was often quite responsive, but at other times not. It remains far from clear that her higher commissions are justified. The service, at any rate, did not warrant a premium.
