For Valentine's Day, I bought a bracelet at this store. It's very pretty, I won't lie, but the bracelet was too small for the person I bought it for. So I went back to the store to have it altered. I didn't take it anywhere else because I thought that since I had bought it there, they would alter it properly. But when we went to pick it up, they put it on his wrist, so we didn't think to check it. Hours later, when I looked at it, I was really disappointed with how they altered it.
Hidden gem customer service and resizing my ring when my fiancé brought wrong size from them was incredible they are the most honest company and most helpful jeweler I have ever deal with you guys can’t leave if this mall shut down just relocate please thanks for making my engagement memorable
