Dr. Sara Jacobson is an absolute gem. My daughter was incredibly anxious about her symptoms, and Dr. Jacobson acknowledged her fears and calmly, compassionately assessed what was going on. I watched my daughter physically relax as Dr. Jacobson went through her history and exam and explained everything in detail that was perfectly age-appropriate. She treated my teenage daughter with dignity and respect, and she worked with both of us to make sure the plan made sense. Excellent care. Highly recommend.
Dr Jacobson did a great job including my son in the conversation and making him feel comfortable. She was very straightforward but still caring and compassionate. Overall a great experience!!
