The front desk girl just called me 30 minutes before my appointment, closing her car door in the background, to tell me that you guys don’t take my insurance. When we’ve been back and forth trying to schedule my appointment for 2 days and she told me multiple times my insurance was accepted. I can’t tell if she’s new so I’m sorry if she is but I don’t want Sara to lose patients because it’s so hard to get anything figured out.
