Went looking for help with some forms the receptionist said agent was busy and hung up the phone
Fast, friendly, supportive
Never a problem with a claim. We’ve had a few over the decades we’ve been with Allstate. Each was handled efficiently with generous payout. (Insured: Cars, Home and Umbrella)
I put one star because I need to inorder to make a review. I am not satisfied with this office of Sara Hom at all. They are not professional, they do not know what confidentiality means or stands for. Then they cover it up, when they get called out on it. I am hoping that not all Allstate Offices are the same.
