The front desk receptionist in Dr. Hitchman office was very professional and nice, The young lady who took you to the exam room and went over your medical history and did a few tests had great customer service skills and was very professional and polite. Dr. Hitchman is great and explain things to you so you understand. Keep up the great work.
Been calling for 2 weeks. Left several messages and no call back. They said my contacts would take 2 rlto 3 weeks it has now been 5 weeks and no communication. I dont know whats going on.
