If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I wound up in the ER 3x unable to walk due to pain in the lower abdomen that was suggested to be a cyst issue. Followed up with gerhard who then proceeded to brush off my concerns over the span of 3 years stating that “it’s normal” and despite my stating that I’ll be trying for kids, she proceeded to encourage birth control at each appointment I had scheduled. 6 months postpartum and still have nightmares of the day she “helped” me to give birth to my baby, what a terrible experience… cant see myself giving birth in a hospital ever again
We just recently welcomed our baby to this world a month ago and Dr Gerhards is amazing! She is so sweet, and listens to your needs/wants. Her staff is great too. Only downfall is the wait times sometimes , but that being said. She is a phenomenal surgeon and things do happen regarding babies come when they want and however long it takes them to get here so I was okay with it. I had so much trust in her highly recommend!
Dr. Gerhards is very professional and knowledgeable while making you feel comfortable and relaxed. She is friendly and always addresses your questions and concerns. She takes time with you and doesn't rush through your appointment. I highly recommend her.
I saw this Dr for 3 pregnancies and went to this office for 12 years or more. I had to see someone about an urgent non-pregnancy matter and che ked my insurance would be ok. I was told 4 days later she wouldn't see me. Then they sent me a bunch of stuff via text, email, and phone calls about "welcome to our office". The following week I was sent a certified mail with lies about what was said on the phone. They also sent it to my other health professionals, insurance, and who knows who else.
