I decided to write this review based on the fact that I have just gotten a bill even though I have not gone to this practice. And, I will tell you exactly why I didn't go to this practice. My son was sick for over 3 weeks with some sort of virus and had recurrent vomiting and diarrhea. When I called Westchester Pediatrics, it was around 2:30 and I was told that if I wanted to come in that day, it would have to be by 4PM... but even before I decided on it, a nurse got on the phone and was pretty much belittling me about my so... read more

We have been going to this practice for many years because the doctors are knowledgable and efficient. However, the office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. No one acknowledges you when the enter the office, and when they finally do it is with barely concealed contempt. They do not where name tags or identify themselves by name when answering the phone. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.
