Had to wait 15 min past my appt time, with no communication by the front desk as to the reason for the delay. The desk staff were watching videos on their phoebes and laughing, completely distracted. However once I was with my provider (Sara), she did spend time with me, despite the delay, and I appreciated the care received from her specifically, just not the clinic as a whole.
