Dr. Sara is awesome which is something I can confidently say after being a client for almost 2 years now. I appreciate the way Dr. Sara encourages me to reflect and realign in healthy ways. I always leave a session feeling like I've learned something new or expanded my perception in some way. I also took her mindfulness therapy group and I learned a lot from her instruction. Dr. Sara is an excellent psychologist and teacher!
