I wanted to give 4 1/2 stars, because no one is perfect but, there wasn’t an option to do so. I’ve really had a good experience, with Dr Purdy. I really appreciate the fact that she answers you portal questions, personally; instead of having staff do so. I also appreciate the fact that she actually “listens” to what you have to say. Even if her beliefs are different from yours, she does not brow beat you to do things her way. Dr. Purdy is the best! Always listen, very empathetic and patient with our concerns. You could tell she really cares and is not just doing the job. We love her as our provider and always felt that our concerns were being heard.
100% happy with the experience. Felt as if I am heard and they explain solutions clearly. They communicate through the portal and have called to help me when needed.
