(more like NO stars, but thats not an option) My daughter was seeing Dr. Cooper and when she ran out of medication, they refused to refill until she was seen again. So I agreed to have her seen again and asked if they could give her a temporary refill until she could be seen. The staff gave me a hard time about it and said they would ask if that was possible.
