Staff always professional and engaging. And listens to my concerns. My concern is that I’m always told that I have to show In person. Put nothing is followed through with my concerns. To be told it persists I would probably get a scan of my head. However, I have been living with this pain for weeks. Not Mrs. Cook’s fault. But I just don’t understand why I’m needed to appear in person. But come back if problems don’t go away. Why can’t a scan be ordered considering the length of time I’ve been living with this pain.
