Both my husband and I have been impressed with Copperview and the staff there. They have all been very responsive and helpful. Dr. Slatkin listens and responds to all your health concerns and doesn’t rush your appointment like so many providers do.
I have not been impressed with this clinic at all. The wait time on the phone is very long and they do not have good communication at all. I have been dealing with a lady in the referrals department and she rarely answers the phone. It's an answering machine saying they will get back to you in 2-5 business days. If you are needing something urgent DO NOT GO HERE. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
