I had a distressing encounter with this clinic. Despite explaining my situation as a newcomer to the USA when scheduling on October 1st, they collected my insurance and necessary details. After waiting over 2 months for the first appointment, I was informed just 30 minutes before that the doctor doesn't accept my insurance. It's disheartening that they didn't communicate this initially, leaving me in a difficult situation without my diabetes supplies in a new country.
