Would give 0 stars if I could - front office (Nurse Jackie) has hung up on me purposefully after laughing at me when I was asking for clarification on what the doctor meant. Dr is lacking understanding in mental health and how it affects teachers - would not recommend this doctor if you have mental health concerns but are seeking non-medication treatment. Medication is not always the way to go.
Jackie is very ill-suited to take calls and interact with patients for this doctor. She is demeaning and rude; she screams at patients and denies requests to contact Bensman. She hung up with me and even my caregiver several times before I simply gave up on this doctor and had to switch to someone else for primary care. Never dealt with such an unpleasant person in my life as Jackie.
