I was scheduled for 845. Got there at 830. 915 comes by and no one has called me at all. I go up and only then am I told the dr was in a procedure. I waited another 15mins no doctor. I left, late to work, having never been seen by the doctor, in pain, being told they would call me with the complaint line. They also continued to mess up my medication causing flares and pain. All patients deserve better care than this.
Dr Schugars is so kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. The staff is also great.
