I am lucky to be here today because of Dr. Masroor and his surgical team. I was nicknamed the 'Miracle Man" as most people who have a type A aortic dissection do not make it as survival rate is extremely low. Thank you for bringing me back to life and to my family! Randy Liegel

I just left SSM Hospital yesterday after a 15-day stay following a complicated surgery. I could not say enough good things about everyone I met there. Dr. Masroor and his team of surgeons saved my life and I will be forever grateful to this facility and all of the kind, caring, and skillful people who work there.
