Real deal Sicilian Arancini. Had all 3 filings and they were all great. The Ragu bought be back to Sicily. Houston, take advantage of it. Support this business. Hes putting in the work to bring an authentic Sicilian masterpiece. And dont forget to try the Panna cotta. Best Panna cotta I ever had.
My expectations were not high being in Houston. Boy was I wrong. Great job!
BOTH of my grandmothers were full blood Sicilian and amazing cooks but one was definitely better than the other! She always made everything from scratch and with the freshest ingredients. This right here along with Pomodoro's is the VERY BEST AND TRUEST AUTHENTIC SICILIAN FOOD that I have had since my grandmother passed away in 2012!! We had their Arancino with Spinach and Mushrooms, and it was so delicious! Also had the potatoes, which were crisped nice and had good seasoning. Definitely would recommend to anyone and everyone!
