WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The waiter and the manger were both rude and abrasive. I will never go back to this establishment.

RecommendedOur favorite sushi place! We have tried all sushi places here in Louisville. Sapporo’s definitely has the best fresh taste! They are always pleasant and have always have had great service.

If you are a person of color or an individual who values customer service, DO NOT EAT HERE ! They are very disrespectful and unaccommodating to you IF you have a complaint . The bartender, tall guy brown hair was a complete douche and would not serve us drinks because of his racial issues . I guess thats something the whole staff has in common . they food is dry amd terrible, small portions and lacks flavor . There are several hibachi restaurants in Louisville and this is the absolute worst !
