Sapphire Jewelers went above and beyond. Tamara was incredible in helping design the ring and somehow perfectly aligned it with what my girlfriend had in mind, without her even being part of the process. Tom then took that design and brought it to life by flawlessly setting the stone I provided. Tom designed a pendant for me using gemstones that were handed down to me from family. He did an amazing job. The end result was an exquisite one of a kind pendant. They were both incredibly helpful and informative, and did a great job at helping me pick the perfect diamond that fit within my budget. All of their assistance made for an incredibly pleasant experience, that helped to alleviate a lot of the stress and anxiety that sometimes comes from big moments and purchases like these.
