Very helpful in picking out an engagement ring and great service for it's upkeep.
Despite no longer living in Fonthill. My fiancée and I still chose to have our weddings rings purchased and re-designed at Sapphires. They also re-sized and cleaned up an my grandmothers diamond & emerald ring.
We had Sapphire Custom Jewellers make 2 pendants from antique diamond earrings for our 2 grand-daughters. Tamara was extremely helpful in recommending settings and white gold chains for the project, great selections and prices .Tom did an exceptional job and the final products are exquisite. From my wife: I brought in my engagement ring to be repaired. The staff were very helpful and explained what they could do to fix it and gave me a quote. I left it with them and was told it could take up to 2 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised to get a phone call less than a week later that my ring was ready to be picked up. Always an amazing experience here! They do excellent work efficiently—I had my necklace fixed and got it back within the same week I dropped it off. The staff is always so kind and considerate. Highly recommend!
