Bret was professional, yet personable, and did a knock out job on an upholstered chair and a very dirty carpet. He is a small business person who lives in my area. So much better to support his company than the large chain cleaners. He drivers what he promises. I highly recommend Sapphire Streamer for your carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Bret, the owner, is incredibly good. He is punctual, explains all options in detail and does an incredible job. He makes sure that the customer knows what is good for them and whats not. He is very thorough with his work. He cleaned my two rugs and two dining chairs. After he was done, they looked brand new as if they were just taken out of the showroom. Knowledgeable, professional, meticulous and personable are the words that come to mind when thinking of Sapphire Steamer and Bret. I was on the verge of replacing an entire floor’s worth of carpeting because I thought it was too far gone from pet stains. All of my efforts to remove the stains failed but Sapphire restored the carpets back to like new condition. Amazing. Count me as a lifelong customer.
