I have had my hairs cut by Kaija at Saphire Salon and Spa many times over the years. I have always enjoyed my time sitting her chair chatting about life and the end result of her handiwork. She is open to feedback and is willing to communicate openly about the cut while she works. I’ve always felt that her top priority is for her clients to be happy and satisfied with the end result. As far as I’m concerned that is all you can ask for.
