For 30 years I had never found a hair salon or stylist that felt like home. Until I found Sapphire salon. Kelsey (owner and my stylist) is the type of person who just radiates warmth and light, the type of person you gravitate towards. Rebekah is AMAZING! She is so knowledgeable on color and cutting and has such a bright personality! I love coming here and feel gorgeous every time I leave.
Had to take my 4 month old baby to the hospital and had to miss my appointment, was texted by Callie that I’d still had to pay instead of being able to reschedule , I was met with a lack of empathy and as I was telling her my baby was in the ER all she had to say was “oh yes they just sent you the invoice you need to pay” . Rewriting this because they said they spoke and apologized to me when they did not. Working with people you need to have empathy , maybe someone should find a new career
I hesitated leaving a review because I don’t want anyone else to book with my stylist. She is amazing! Knowledgeable; always incorporating my goals while offering best practices. It’s very expensive but I trust the process.
I had a wonderful experience at this hair salon. The team was friendly, skilled, and very attentive to my preferences. My haircut turned out exactly how I wanted, and the styling was perfect. The salon is clean and relaxing, with great service throughout. I’m very satisfied and will definitely return!
