I went to this salon for a balayage to celebrate my 40th birthday, and it turned into a total disaster. When I booked the appointment, I specifically asked for a stylist who specializes in balayage. I reiterated this again when I arrived and showed Karly a photo of exactly what I wanted - a soft, blended balayage. I said multiple times that I did not want bold lines or a harsh grow-out. I am new to the area and needed to find a good stylist. I took a chance and made an appointment with Karly and I'm so glad I did. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly that! Karly took the time to tell me what she was doing every step of the way and explained how to style it. She's not only an awesome stylist, she is very personable and friendly. I've always had great experience when I go to visit Sapphire Salon. Everyone is so friendly and they make you feel better than a million bucks, even prior to your appointment starting.
