Michelle has been a great property manager and has done the impossible, from my point of view: convince me that buying a home could work for me. I would not rent here if you want your deposit back. We rented from them for 7 years. They try to nickel and dime us out of every penny we put in, they even tried to charge for blinds that I actually bought. And charge us for wall damage ($150 per wall) when the holes were from screws. If the people in the company don't have integrity why do any business with them.
Worst real estate experience I have ever had. I wish I read the reviews before I gave money to them. Very rude and unprofessional. Yes I’m talking about Michelle and Joy. I lost at least $2-3k because of their unclear and untrue statements. Although I have already paid for application fee and holding fee they want deposit before signing leasing for an uncertain date of moving .
