RESPONSE (11/5): I don’t even have a dog nor have I ever received any lease violations out of my time living here so her comment just shows what kind of property manager she is. She jumps to her own conclusions without even knowing what or who she is dealing with. Values money over people & is dismissive just as I said in the original review! As our current property management company for the home we are renting, I've got to say Michelle and Joy have been great landlords. We fell behind on our rent due to unforseen circumstances. They were extremely understanding and very patient with our situation as we worked to get current. Communication is key! Thank you for everything thus far.
