Terrible company that flips houses? The build quality of my house is awful. I had holes in my osb flooring and leveled with cardboard. All this was hidden underneath laminated flooring. Around the rear door to my house, complete rot in the floor and framing of the house. You couldn’t see it because it was hidden by installation from the bottom. Here’s some pictures of the cardboard underneath mine laminated floor to level it. My tax assessment can show you how bad my flip was because they dropped my property taxes.
