My husband I applied for a property that was not rented yet and when we submitted the application the agent failed to tell us it was already rented and kept our application fee. She told us we could use the application fee towards another property which NOTHING WAS THE SIZE WE NEEDED and to add fuel to the fire she got smart with my husband.
