Poor communication, cancelled and booked services at short notice. Messy job, workers left rubbish and tools on site, placed and left chemicals on the new floor without any protection. Costumer service not helpful, no accountability.
Had the pool installed last year. They damaged the fence and neighbours driveway during the installation, and I had to fight to get it repaired. The pool was installed higher than it should have been, and I had to extend the fence by 150 mm in the pool area. The pump has just died after only 1 year, and now I have to go through the manufacturer and pay for labour. Poor workmanship, poor quality equipment, and minimal accountability. The only decent person to deal with was Sean, the salesperson who helped get the fence fixed.... read more
