Mel from Sapphire Pools has been great from the beginning - that is initial contact, to the home visit to measure the space and display where the pool would go, follow ups and then hands on help when we visited the display centre. It has been a pleasure to deal with her.

Great experience from start to finish, Cam in the office was great and really helpful. Dean and all the guys that turned up to do the works were great and efficient. All in all I would recommend sapphire pools to anyone 😊
Melissa did our site inspection a few weeks ago, she was professional, kind and approachable. She helped us workout the best location for our pool and measured out a few options so we could see everything in person. Melissa answered all our questions and was able to provide us with information and ideas we didn’t think of. We were very pleased with her assistance and booked our deposit for the Oxford pool a few days later.
