Sapphire Pools and Spas are the worst company I've ever had dealings with. They are arrogant and seem to think they can do what they want on private property without any permission given. I had the misfortune of hiring them to clean my pool on afew occasions and coming home after a weeks holiday in early April, I found they had attached to my glass pool enclosure a large advertising post of their company with the CPR rules below.
