Had my nails done. And only a few days later then we’re breaking and lifting. Attempted to go and have them fixed told too busy come back in 50mins. Went back in 50mins told still busy and couldn’t do them.. terrible service.. customer lost!
Edit: 3 years later and still the best nail salon! Best SNS manicure I’ve ever had. It grew out so well I was ready for my next visit before the SNS layer started coming away from the nail at all! Also a fabulous regular polish pedicure! I’ve been very happy with everyone who has looked after me so far :) a big thank you to the lovely team at Sapphire!

Bad service. Told us to come back at 4:20pm and accepted other customers in the meantime. Then kept us waiting for another 30 minutes doing the normal time wasting tactics - choose a colour, sit in the chair. Had we not left, it may have been another 10 minutes we had to wait and the place closed at 5pm!! No apology. So frustrating when salons can’t estimate time properly. Won’t be back.
