Booked a pedicure via classpass. Was told to pick any polish but before the lady painted my toes she said the Essie polish was $5 more expensive. She put oil on before it was dry and I got home, the two big toes are completely ruined. The massage was great, which is why I’m giving three stars.

The technician seemed inexperienced and had no attention to detail. My nails were shaped unevenly, and the polish application was messy. It was definitely not worth what I paid.

I’m so done with this place. It’s a NO more for me. I have been a loyal customer for YEARS, yet the last few years I feel like this spot has gone down. The gel nail colors to start are very old looking and not displayed fresh. The colors for gel that they have seem very old and limited, not like the display and options at other salons in the area. I’ve been a loyal customer at Sapphire Nails for years, but I will never go back after my recent experience. The owner is greedy and dishonest — I was charged incorrectly for my services, and when I brought it up, she refused to correct it. It’s incredibly disappointing to be treated this way after years of loyalty. There are plenty of other salons that value their customers and run their business with integrity — unfortunately, this isn’t one of them.

Asked for baby pink… when I said this color felt off my nail tech insisted this color was correct (after the first coat)… despite telling it wasn’t correct. It’s been 1 day and 2 of my nails have already chipped… unfortunately, this was my second visit at this salon that resulted in immediate chipping in my nails :/ sorry, this is a pass!
