I’m really impressed with Chrome! Clean and tidy, the environment is relaxing. I had a pedicure. Basins are lined which is most hygienic and I appreciate that a lot!!! Henna was lovely. I didn’t feel rushed, she did a fabulous job and was genuine in thanking me for coming.
Disappointed 100% I did manicure pedicure but she is neglegant carelss disgusting I'll NEVER do my meni pedi in this place, it's definitely a WASTE of money & time, I believe maybeee it's according to the employee, no idea what they're doing!! Thanks anyway for a horrible experience!

I got a shellac manicure and the shellac was all over my hands and under my nail beds, they did a very messy job and there were bubbles in almost every nail.
Amazing nail salon. The owner is very funny and kind, I believe his name is Tu? The staff all provide a comforting environment and they even offer complimentary drinks! My Nail Artist, Chloe, was absolutely fabulous! She was extremely precise and knowledgeable. She walked me through what she was doing and asked questions throughout. She ensured that I got exactly what I asked for, just by a photo! Will definitely be returning :)
