I had my retie with Lucy today, and she did an amazing job! This was the longest I'd gone between reties (10 weeks), and my Sisterlocks look so good. The salon was pristine, quiet, and relaxing. Lucy is very professional and really knows Sisterlocks and healthy hair. I left happy and highly recommend Sapphire Locs!
After being a loyal customer for more than a year, I decided I wanted to get loc extensions after discussing the process with Lucy. She recommended that I go to Cheri Locs. That recommendation turned into one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a business. I recently started my microloc journey with Mrs. Lucy and it’s been a wonderful experience. She has been very responsive from the beginning and even after the installation. Her studio is very calming, clean, comfortable, and relaxing. She checked in with me during the process to see how I am. She also introduced me to a new tv series that I can’t get enough of.
