Sapphire is AMAZING! The whole team provides such compassionate and cohesive care. The entire office really makes you feel welcome, heard, and genuinely cared for. Edited to add the response I received from the provider moments after this honest review is posted. I saw great reviews for Andrea, but she was booked out so I scheduled with Kristina. I really regret that. In my 30 minute appointment, I learned about her- her experience getting a face lift, her sister’s medical history of a clotting disorder, and her patient who was experiencing marital issues. I used to genuinely enjoy seeing Kristina, but unfortunately, my most recent experience was very different. I came in because I had been experiencing prolonged pelvic/flank pain and needed help determining the cause. Before seeing her, I met with two different medical assistants. By the time she came into the room, I had very little opportunity to actually explain my symptoms, history, or the different possible causes I was concerned about. I am so glad I found this practice. I’ve been seeing Andrea for the last few months and it’s absolutely refreshing to find a primary care doctor who genuinely seems to care, doesn’t rush through the appointment and makes sure to address all my concerns. After the appointment she does everything she says she will and it’s actually remarkably easy to communicate through the patient portal if I have any questions in between visits. She billed my insurance for the unprompted mental health screenings with an anxiety code.. don't have anxiety? Can't get life insurance... Now it's been a year of writing letters and she won't clarify records without paying
