Ujala did AMAZING. Everybody didnt stop complimenting how beautiful and gorgeous the venue was due to her decorations!! I was so happy with it she made my vision come true and even better!!! Soo happy about working with her
I was highly satisfied with the wedding event managed by Sapphire Events. Ujala's performance exceeded my expectations. The most commendable aspect was the frequent inquiries from our guests regarding the decor. I appreciate her dedication in providing multiple consultations, both telephonically and in person, to ensure our complete satisfaction. I highly recommend her services.
Really disappointed. I really wanted to work with this decorator and had my first call. I was promised a quote/proposal within a few days and basically got ghosted. I sent multiple follow up texts and voicemail to be ignored while they actively posted on social media. I understand being busy and/or needing more time, but communicate that. We used Sapphire for our wedding and they over delivered, more than we anticipated! Ujala & her team went beyond our expectations and blew it all out the water. From a vision we had in our heads, she exceeded what we could come up with and brought our imagination to life. If there was another word grander than perfect it’d be everything from decor to hospitality to communication to service. 10 out 10, can’t wait to have them at our next event!
