I gave 5 stars because I had the same problem two years ago! I went to a dermatologist in Arlington and just gave me creams nothing else, but with Sapphire, the Dr. gave me besides the medicine cream an antibiotic and solved my issue before getting worse! My nose was very ugly! I totally recommend that place! Thank you!
